For over 35 years, we at Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County have been working toward our vision for the future: everyone in the Greater Orlando area living in quality, affordable homes. We want to help local people leave behind the instability of renting and experience the security of owning their very first home.

Homeownership Skills
Our program is designed to give you, a first-time homebuyer in Orlando, the confidence and knowledge to successfully own a home - and thrive in it. Our homeownership classes will give you the skillset necessary to handle tasks like budgeting for and maintaining your home.
A new home, fair mortgage, nominal down payment, small energy bills, low maintenance for years, and potential homeowner tax deductions make our first-time homebuyer program the ideal way for you and your family to invest in your future.
